My spalted pecan cheese slicer boards are approximately 4 1/2" x 7" x 1" the length and thickness may vary a little from board to board but the width will stay the same. I add color to some of the boards when they have cracks or wormholes. All boards are finished with a mixture of mineral oil and beeswax.
