My cheese slicer boards are made with mostly texas woods and some exotics to add bright colors.. I use the Rockler Cheese Slicer Kits in Brushed Stainless, Matte Black and Matte Gold. You get 2 replacement wires from me with each purchase. I use color epoxy resin when needed to fill voids or wormholes. All boards are finished with a mixture of mineral oil and beeswax that I prepare myself.
